Please note that all prices stated below are base Event space pricing.

Food, Beverages, and staff cost are not included in these prices and will be added and disclosed in event rental proposals.

All food must be provided via our internal catering partners; no outside food or beverage is permitted. Our catering and beverage menus are available upon inquiry; offerings and availability are subject to change.

Private event hours may begin earlier or extend past these listed times; please inquire with our event manager regarding potential additional costs for adjusted timing. 

Our event spaces offer varying levels of layout flexibility. Due to fire safety codes and building storage limitations, some spaces have fixed furniture configurations that cannot be altered. To determine if a custom floor plan is available for your chosen space, we highly recommend a site tour with our event manager to discuss your specific needs.

Located downstairs within the Bristol Brewing Co. Pub, The Barrel Room offers an authentic brewery atmosphere. This space features direct access to our Schoolyard and Beer Garden and serves a selection of Bristol Brewing Co.’s tapped beers. It is the perfect choice for those looking to enjoy a classic pub experience in a private or semi-private setting.

Axe & The Oak Stage room

CAPACITY: 40 Seated 75 standing room only

BOOKING FEE: $225 PER HOUR - (2 HOUR MINIMUM)

AVAILABILITY: Sunday - Tuesday : Closed

Wednesday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Saturday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Situated on the south side of the Ivywild School building, Axe & Oak operates as a distinct venue with its own unique liquor license. Please note that this space does not serve beer. Ideal for private gatherings seeking a separate, exclusive environment, Axe & Oak offers a curated experience independent of the main pub operations. 

Liquor for Axe and The Oak is only permitted with in their Licensed Premises, no liquor or beer from Bristol Brewing or the Principals office can be consumed in Axe and The Oak or vice versa.
